Courchevel is one of the world's most prestigious ski resorts, located in the heart of the legendary Les 3 Vallées, the largest linked ski area in the world. Journey times are approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Chambéry Airport, 2 hours from Lyon Airport, 2 hours 30 minutes from Geneva Airport, 2 hours 30 minutes from Grenoble Airport, and just 35 minutes from Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains Train Station, the nearest railway station to the resort. We provide direct transfers to hotels, luxury chalets, apartments and holiday accommodation throughout all Courchevel villages.
Courchevel offers some of the finest skiing and snowboarding in Europe, with perfectly groomed pistes suitable for beginners through to expert skiers. The resort is home to internationally recognised ski schools including New Generation Ski School, Supreme Ski School and Momentum Snowsports, offering group lessons, private tuition, snowboard coaching and children's ski programmes.
The winter season typically runs from early December until late April, with the 2025/26 Three Valleys season scheduled from 6 December 2025 until 19 April 2026, weather permitting. Most ski lifts operate daily from approximately 9:00 am until 4:30–5:00 pm, with some lifts opening earlier or closing later depending on snow conditions and the time of year.
Getting around Courchevel is simple thanks to the free ski buses, which run regularly between Le Praz, Courchevel Village, Moriond, Courchevel 1850 and neighbouring hamlets throughout the day and evening. The efficient shuttle network allows visitors to move easily around the resort without using a car, while modern gondolas also link several villages.
Away from the slopes, Courchevel offers an incredible range of winter activities. Visitors can enjoy snowshoeing, tobogganing, ice skating, snowmobiling, paragliding, dog sledding, luxury spa treatments, indoor climbing, swimming and shopping in designer boutiques. The resort also features the famous Aquamotion, one of the largest mountain aquatic and wellness centres in Europe, with pools, waterslides, spa facilities and wellness treatments.
